What if we don't use all the funds?

Money raised is yours to keep. If your campaign collects more than your down payment needs — or you close for less than expected — the unused gifts are returned to the contributors who gave them. Nothing is forfeited.

Cancel anytime. You can pause or cancel your campaign at any point, no fees and no questions asked. Gifts already received are refunded to the original gift-givers, and you're never locked in to buying a home or working with us.
